Return & Refund Policy – Devri
(Retail)

At Devri, every product is carefully inspected and double quality-checked before dispatch. Since most of our products are handcrafted and made to order, we maintain a strict return and refund policy as outlined below:

General Policy

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Products purchased during a Sale are not eligible for return unless a genuine manufacturing defect is found.

  • Fabrics once cut cannot be returned unless defective.

  • International orders are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of:

    1. Incorrect delivery

    2. Damaged goods

  • Refunds are not provided for colour preferences, change of mind, or minor variations in shade (as products are photographed under studio lighting).

  • Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned product or within 24 hours of order cancellation (in case of stock unavailability from our end).

  • In case of prepaid order cancellations due to courier delays, shipping charges will be deducted & store credit will be issued.

  • Prepaid ordered items cant be refunded as we immediately ready the products for dispatch once order is placed, we’re unable to process a cancellation for same, under exceptions if informed within 2 hours of placing the order team can assist with changing of ordered items for same or higher value or give store credits.

  • Incase of lost shipment/product change/mismatch due to shipping partners, resolutions are provided in 12-15 working days either by means of refund or correct product dispatch.

  • For readymade size issues, we provide exchanges in sizes(subject to availability) at a fixed fee of INR 350 for pick up & dispatch of new size.
    The new size will be shipped after the pick up is completed and delivered to our warehouse.

    Incase of return readymade and size unavailability, we process store credit of product amount minus pick up & warehousing charges Rs.150

Defect / Quality Concerns

  • Customers must share a parcel opening video on WhatsApp (+91 9818818618) within 24 hours of delivery to claim a defect-related issue.

  • Only unused, unworn items with original tags intact will be eligible for review.

  • A reverse pick-up will be arranged within 3–4 working days if approved.

Fabric & Care Disclaimer

  • Due to the nature of traditional dyes and natural fabrics, slight colour fading or shrinkage may occur with washing or prolonged use. This is considered normal and not a manufacturing defect.

  • To preserve longevity, we recommend dry cleaning only.

  • We do not take any color embroidery guarantees.



    International orders — no returns, exchange: All international orders are final sale. Every order is rigorously quality-checked before dispatch, and we do not accept returns or refunds on international shipments. If you receive a product that is genuinely defective or significantly different from what was ordered, please email within 24 hours of delivery with photos. At our discretion, we may offer store credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping) once the item is returned to our warehouse at the customer's own cost and arrangement. Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on any future order, including international.
